Self-care during the Apocalypse.

So, I’m using the next 14 days to “trial-run” quarantining myself. I’m also using it as an opportunity to experiment with an Ayurvedic lifestyle habits. So self-care PLUS practical prepper training run.

The thing I learned today? If you get too distracted, your berry/dried apricot, nut, hemp, flax, chia seed with yogurt yumminess…turns into chia gelatinous goo.

Tastes good…but the texture is not ok. Like oil pulling with coconut oil. Tastes fine, FEELS gross.
